What is Eastern Philosophy?
In the Eastern philosophy tradition, the true self can never be harmed. Thus we can start experiencing emotions, feelings from an observer place, which allows us to get insight into them.
How is it incorporated in the coaching sessions?
In practical terms, I encourage clients to drop into the body, and move out of the head space. As we progress through the sessions, we will start cultivating a sense of True Self.
What can I expect?
I will guide you through relaxation and mindfulness practices, which will sometimes involve working with the breath or doing some gentle movement.
